The Primordial Spark – Behind the Scenes
For the making of the music video “原心 The Primordial Spark” for the graduation of the 2018 class of Chung Yuan Christian University, we created a behind-the-scenes documentary. As the director of the MV, we hired two students to capture footage of the production process. We then edited the footage into a short documentary to serve as a record for the production team and as a memento for all involved in the project.
Chung Yuan Graduation Aesthetics
A series of videos called “Chung Yuan Graduation Aesthetics” was created by Hao Wen (Gilbert) Chen for the Bioscience Technology Department at Chung Yuan Christian University. These videos were played during the graduation ceremony to showcase what we had learned during our four years at college. The videos featured beautiful scenes from around the campus and humorous wordplay poems to entertain the audience. Their purpose was to serve as ads that played between different sections of the graduation ceremony.
